Tanks and pipes carrying temperature dependent liquids might pose a problem when placed in cold surroundings.
Tanks placed in open or cooled areas as e.g. in the food industry might pose a problem when they carry temperature dependent liquids as e.g. broth. If the tanks are cooled under a certain temperature, the liquid will coagulate in the tank and in the pipes. In such cases it is necessary to maintain a preset temperature in the tank plant. This is done by winding pipes and tanks with Deviheat heating cables.
